The resolution has already been signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
In fact, it repeats the autumn document:
- The ban on shipping to foreign markets will apply from March 1 to August 31.
- Fuel can be shipped to the EAEU countries, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, but only in pre-specified indicative volumes.
- The minimum volume of diesel sales on the Commodity Exchange is further increased from the current 12.5% to 16%.
