A unique machine comprises three functions: manifold skid, inspection station for cementing operations and transportation.
In addition, it is equipped with a lifting gear that allows to transport cementing plugs, pipes and other necessary equipment. Moreover, the fuel tank capacity in half a ton enables working in remote fields.
The recent development was engineered jointly with DrilLife CS and two other leading factories that produced cross-country chassis with increased centre distance and extended area.
Bearing in mind comfortable working environment for the employees, the developers engineered a small functional house with a table, seats, sleeping space and heater. After a busy day of work the employees are able to take a rest there so that work-rest schedule will not be violated.
DrilLife CS is in close contact with the manufacturers and personally checks each engineered machine to correspond to specifications.
Now the unique machine is on the final stage of readiness; only final steps remained: setting up the equipment and applying the company logo. The machine is to be in operation by the beginning of next year.
