DrilLife Group has a set of rules based on traditional human values – business ethics and business relationships.
These rules are shared by all employees and partners of the company. Business ethics in DrilLife Group is based on respect for the interests of employees, customers, and partners. It is also applied for competitors and it implies the non-use of prohibited or unfair methods in the fight for a niche in business.
DrilLife Group rules of business ethics include:
- universal values that govern social responsibility of business: job creation, production of different goods, care for the employees;
- in relation to consumer products it means high quality of products, honesty in advertising and reasonable prices;
- ethics in relation to the personnel of the company: declared salary, full benefits package and health insurance;
- ethical attitude to partners, shareholders and investors – compliance with the terms of agreement, timely payment of specified amounts, the access to public information;
- the absence of discrimination in the labor market, respect for market competition, respect for private property;
- ethics in relations with suppliers, customers, staff and shareholders.
Business ethics is relevant not only to the company but to its every employee. Ethical behavior does not allow employees to make a career at the expense of colleagues, to mislead the management, to poorly perform their duties. Business ethics require friendly and correct attitude to co-workers, reasonable sociability, respect for seniority, punctuality, responsibility.
