Tankers with Russian Sokol oil that have been sanctioned are heading to Chinese ports.
Six oil tankers with Russian raw materials, which are on the sanctions list, headed to the ports of the People’s Republic of China. In the last three months, more than 10 million barrels of Sokol from the Sakhalin-1 project remained on tankers at sea without a buyer, Reuters writes.
The NS Century tanker Sovcomflot, which has fallen under sanctions, with 698 thousand barrels of Sokol oil is anchored at the Chinese port of Qingdao.
