Eritrea expects Russian companies to participate in oil exploration

Eritrea hopes that companies from Russia will participate in oil exploration in the country.

According to Petros Tseggai, oil reserves have not been fully explored yet, “it is necessary to carry out in-depth research work”.

“We hope that Russian companies will be happy to provide some assistance in working out this issue, especially after the visits of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Asmara and the President of Eritrea to Moscow,” he said him.
