The international competition of the employers’ best practices on the development of human capital was held within the framework of the international education forum.
The company took the third place in the nomination “Organization Culture” for the presented project “Creation and development of the Corporate Knowledge Management System” using the example of the Knowledge Management System for the business segment “Drilling”.
The system represents a platform for communication and interaction of all employees of the Company and DrilLife Group organizations connected to it. An integral part of the system is an information portal, due to which any supplier of effective technologies and equipment – from large enterprises and industry institutes to small organizations and individuals – can offer their best practices for further use.
The project allows effective implementation of the best world practices in the management system, helps to identify the human resources potential, and establish horizontal links within the Company. Its implementation is aimed at improving the efficiency of processes in various business segments.
