Now employees can leave their comments and initiatives in work improvement without extra formalities.
The employees can complete questionnaires and drop them in special baskets which are located in the halls. All comments go daily to the human resource department and are carefully examined. As for the initiatives the committee decides to greenlight the best ones. The company management gives money reward for good and interesting initiatives.
If the initiative is successfully implemented at the production facilities the reward amount will triple.
